Do I need to host anything?
No. The widget script is hosted at margintally.com/widget/mt-widget-core.js. You only need to paste the embed code into your page.
Will it work on any site?
It works on any site that can include a script tag and a custom element — modern browsers and most CMS platforms (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify theme files) support it.
Can I remove the brand footer?
Yes — the Pro and Business tiers remove or hide the "Powered by Margintally" branding. The Pro upgrade button is built into every widget.
Is the calculation accurate?
Each widget ships a "Estimates only" disclaimer. Margins, fees, and platform rates change — verify against your current platform policy before relying on results for accounting or tax purposes.
